The awareness within our dwelling is a profound concept worth exploring. I've been delving into the realization of its truth, and recently, I experienced a influx of insights and downloads regarding how the consciousness of our homes is intertwined with our internal world.
One key aspect is that your home is a physical manifestation. You created your home. The moment you purchase your home, move in, sign a lease, it becomes an extension of you. This is amazing, because it holds the keys to unlock parts of ourselves that needs movement.
You create your reality based on your internal dialogue (how you think, speak, act etc.) your home meets you based on your current state of thinking, acting, all the aspects that create your reality. This is how your home mirrors your internal world. This means that the energy of your home flows in the same way energy flows within you. But, a BIG BUT. Your home will SHOW you the discord, show you where energy is restrictive or stagnant. We will sometimes respond to this discord by feeling off in the space, having this sudden urge to renovate, or experiences will pop up to show you where you need healing.
You were called to your home to explore and understand these aspects that were previously dismissed. It might involve revisiting past experiences, reconsidering priorities, or recognizing the value of certain aspects of your life that you have unintentionally neglected.
Previous to moving into my current home, I had zero boundaries with my family. I would keep quiet to keep the peace, I would let others make decisions on my behalf as to appease those around me. I regarded the opinions of others above my own. When my first son was born, I fell deeper into that hole. On top of that, motherhood took over and I was consumed with putting everyone's needs above my own, thinking that was what good moms do. No one could see the pain and burden I was carrying, because I was "gentle" and "quiet". So when I moved into my current home and did my first feng shui reading, it showed that I lacked boundaries with my family and part of my relationship energy point was missing. This home called me to it, so I can see where I needed healing. I had to look at how I was treating myself, see that I was not doing anything for me. I was able to correct these imbalances and correct the flow of energy within.
This is how spirit moves us to transform, heal and grow. It takes us to spaces that reflect back onto us our internal reality. This is how it holds consciousness.
