Imagine yourself sitting in your home, thinking about the future you. The person you want to become, that highest version of you. You are doing the daily affirmations, the meditations, and drinking the herbal teas. You may be having the best regular bowel movement, but other than that, you aren't seeing, or feeling any other movement. Its as though you are sitting in between two versions of you simultaneously. On one hand, parts of you are ready to create change in your life and another part or other parts of you are saying no fucking way, I like how it feels now. It is a tug-a-war between energies. These tug-a-war of energies exist in your home. Your home is not aligned completely to the highest version of you.

This translates to a home that feels loud and chaotic. Because your home holds the energy projections of you, you are constantly shifting between low and higher frequencies of energies. You are excited about something that is showing up in your life, but then doubt creeps up and that momentarily lowers your vibe.

This is why the spaces we sleep, eat, be intimate in are so important. Our homes can hold space for us to make those shifts with ease, or hold us in old patterns.

This analogy came through, hope it translates well. Imagine if you are trying to get to the airport to make a trip that you finally booked. After humming about needing a break, you take the leap and book a trip somewhere amazing. You picked out new outfits, you are all packed, you set your out of office message to away. But, on the day of your trip, you get into your car, and get onto the highway and you are met with traffic. Bumper to bumper traffic. You begin to panic, you have the flight information on refresh, hoping there is a delay. An hour goes by, and you barely moved an inch. So now, this big trip you dreamt of for such a long time is starting to fade into the background as you accept that you are going to miss your flight. Reminds me of that Alanis Morris song Isn't it ironic. Anyways...

You're battling in that moment between a dream of yours that is so close, you can smell and taste it, but then accepting the reality that its just not going to happen. Its a tug-of-war of energies. Its an imbalance of energies between the spiritual and the physical. Your spirit can see this vision of you, but your mind, body, emotions (which makes up the physical space) is holding onto old energies that doesn't see this vision of you. I say that those are physical aspects, because we need them to function on planet earth.

This imbalance of energies exist in your home, this is why we feel a push and pull or tug-a-war between where we want to evolve into and what our current reality is. Even with daily affirmations and meditations, we can extend the capacity of what we can perceive as possible for ourselves, but only get so far. Your home is still holding onto echoes of energies from parts of you that is keeping you looping in old patterns. Your home is mirroring that back to you, so you can bring it into your awareness to heal and release. Without your awareness to release what is holding you back from reaching your higher self is what creates that traffic jam. When you are stretching your perception of what you can create for yourself, you have no physical or energetic space to hold it.

Time is shifting so quickly, and you can evolve over years to eventually clear that traffic jam, or we can read the energy of your space and understand what is being mirrored back to you.

If you are someone who is going through an awakening, or already had one, you can physically feel the shifts that are taking place at such a quick pace. And our homes need to be brought into balance to the internal shifts that are happening.

By reading your room, you will see where your home is holding onto certain types of energies and how that is connected to you. Say its dense energies in your bedroom, and your bedroom is that space that represents intimacy and partnership and its dense because you had a bad relationship and your room is still holding onto those dense, low vibe energies. Your space will hold onto them for years and years, even if the relationship had ended. So your emotional body is holding onto aspects of that old version of you in that relationship and your bedroom is mirroring that back to you. You haven't cleared it. What happens, is that you repeat old patterns, or you struggle to call in another relationship for yourself. The big A HA moment, and its so easy once we know what energies we are dealing with, you can clear and create ritual in your bedroom that shifts those dense energies out and rituals to lift the frequency. Buy yourself flowers, ring a bell, rub lotion on your body after a bubble bath. Fill your room with art that feels like love to you. When you shift the frequency of your space, you will begin to move those dense energies within you that were the old version of you that was in a not so great relationship. And journal before and after you begin shifting your space, you will see the patterns bubble up for you, but now you know exactly what you are holding onto, you can use your home to support the release internally.

You can use your home to release the energies you hold onto internally! Needed to say this again, because our homes are untapped energy and a resource we need to start engaging with on the daily.
